Important Ride Information

Rain rain go away!

We have been monitoring the recent weather events. The good news is if we are impacted, it will likely be only one causeway.

Don’t stress, we have a plan B in place that will involve a detour. This will only impact the 75km course – the good news is, it takes out one of the climbs and makes it a little shorter (approx 65km)

Cash only! No mobile reception

Lake St Clair is just outside of mobile reception range. This means we can’t process EFTPOS or credit card transactions – please bring cash!

Proof of Double Vaxx

In accordance with health guidelines, our event requires entrants to be double vaxxed. Please bring records of this – you may need to print out because of the lack of mobile reception out there. To make it easier you can:

  • bring a print out
  • register early on Friday at Witmore Connect office
  • save a screenshot onto your phone

Free Coffee & lunch included

Riders will recieve a ticket on entry – which entitles you to a free coffee at our onsite coffee van!

Also, on your riders bib, there are tear-off bits for a lunch and drink token at the Rotary BBQ – for you to celebrate your efforts on an epic ride

Will I be supported?

Absolutely!

We have muffin & lolly stops. Several water stops along the way. Marshalls on course to help provide direction. Crest and St Johns ambo will also support us for comms and any first aid requirements.

Plus there’s a sag wagon doing the loop in case of mechanicals or you’re just pooped!
